Rebecca Kleba

AAIA

PRINCIPAL, PROJECT MANAGER

Rebecca's appreciation for architecture began in sixth grade, when she began drawing house plans and reimagining existing buildings. As she grew older, that instinct deepened into a genuine curiosity about construction history: how Rome was built, the pyramids were erected, and generations of builders perfected their craft without modern equipment.

Today, Rebecca brings a builder’s mindset to her projects and serves as Bond's resident technical expert—the go-to resource on drawing details, QA/QC oversight, and contracts.

Since joining the firm in 2021, Rebecca has skillfully managed complex jobs while helping to shape the next generation of Bond project leaders. She enjoys helping to build confidence in younger women as they navigate job sites—a reflection of the advocacy and guidance she received early in her own career.

A resident of Maplewood, Rebecca and her family are serious travelers and adventure seekers. She and husband, Joe, have driven to nearly every state in the continental U.S., explored dozens of national parks, and traveled to numerous other countries. Together with sons Joey and Ethan, they gravitate toward outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, whitewater rafting, and mountain biking. The couple also owns property at Goose Creek Lake in southeastern Missouri, where they camp with a close group of friends several times each year.
