Rebecca has over 25 years of experience in project types, such as education, government, religious, hospitality and financial. Some of Rebecca’s strengths include open communication, collaboration, team building and overseeing projects from start to finish. She also uses her strengths to help build and maintain great client and contractor relationships which ultimately contribute to successful projects.
With over 20 years of experience, Michelle has worked in many market sectors, including education, government, non-profit, religious and hospitality. Communication, problem solving and collaboration encompass her strengths that ultimately contribute to her goal of developing a design that reflects the community and the client’s range of unique needs.
Erik is a hardworking team player with nearly 20 years experience as a Project Manager and Architect. He works on jobs from their initial programming phase through completion of construction administration. He is knowledgeable in the design of schools, municipal buildings, libraries, residence halls, fire stations, mixed-use developments, mid-rise condominiums and commercial buildings. Erik is literate in real estate practices, code review, ADA compliance and specifications. He is positive, self-motivated and meets deadlines and solves problems in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Andrea began her career over 15 years ago. A strong connection to interior design, paired with a passion for creating solutions is her foundation for design. Listening to her clients, understanding and developing their spatial needs and following through is the core to her design process. Her experience includes many market sectors. Among those markets are Municipal, Education, Commercial/Tenant Improvement, Religious and Hospitality. She strives to deliver the full kit of parts from programming, design, implementation, furniture and artwork to give her clients a truly custom deliverable.
