Guiding a Growing District

After developing a comprehensive facilities plan, our team designed a flexible new high school to effectively accommodate future growth.

The single-story, 121,000-square-foot layout organizes classrooms along a central spine, allowing for seamless expansion to meet enrollment needs without disrupting established academic resources. The campus also includes a storm shelter sized for future expansion.

Built to adapt

Bond’s proactive design solutions integrate dozens of leading-edge safety and security features, and our flexible furniture standards replace rigid casework with modular pieces—enabling the district to reconfigure rooms as the curriculum evolves.

District-wide partnership

Beyond the new high school, our team has completed space studies for the district's former high school and other facilities, added a storm shelter at East Elementary, and is overseeing the design of a future performance gym.
