Architectural Designer

PROJECT DESIGNER – ST. LOUIS

5–8 Years Experience

Bond Architects is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Project Designer who works well in a team setting and has a working knowledge of construction detailing. The ideal candidate is licensed or is actively pursuing their licensure.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects at every stage, including: client interaction, community engagement, programming, space planning, collaboration with the project team, design, code review, construction documentation, consultant coordination and construction administration. You’ll collaborate with firm owners, architects, and junior staff to focus on a wide range of projects, including municipal, institutional, educational, and commercial markets. Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of working experience in our industry

• Accredited Degree in Architecture

• Building Code and ADA assessment experience

• Architectural and Interior design abilities

• Proficient Revit experience in construction documentation

• Hard-working, self-motivated and a team player

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Photoshop/InDesign

• Architectural and interior design and detailing

• Construction documents

• 3D rendering capabilities

• Coordinating the work of engineering sub-consultants

• Construction administration

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
