Interior Designer

PROJECT DESIGNER – ST. LOUIS

5–8 Years Experience

Bond Architects is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Project Designer who works well in a team setting and has a working knowledge of construction detailing. The ideal candidate is actively pursuing or is NCIDQ certified.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects at every stage, including: client interaction, community engagement, programming, space planning, collaboration with the project team, design, code review, construction documentation, consultant coordination and construction administration. You’ll collaborate with firm owners, architects, and junior staff to focus on a wide range of projects, including municipal, institutional, educational, and commercial markets. We pride ourselves on supporting our employees to grow as professionals, offering mentorship and support pursuing certification.

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of working experience in our industry

• Accredited Degree in Interior Design

• Proficient Revit experience in construction documentation

• Meeting and coordinating with product representatives and maintaining the materials library

• Hard-working, self-motivated and a team player

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Photoshop/InDesign

• Architectural and interior design and detailing

• Construction documents

• 3D rendering capabilities

• Coordinating the work of engineering sub-consultants

• Construction administration

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
