Master Plan for new lakeside amenities.

Bond Architects, in partnership with Planning Design Studio, worked with the City of Crestwood to create a master plan for adding a boardwalk, fishing platform, walking trails and other upgrades to the Quarry Lake in Whitecliff Park.

Bond Architects reviewed conceptual layouts of upgraded park spaces with community members at public workshops. Our team also discussed access into the park and connecting the quarry area to other amenities in the park

Bond Architects completed Phase I of the project, which included planning conceptual design, construction documents, and the construction of the Phase I improvements. Planning Design studio is now implementing Phase II of the plan, which includes a pre-engineered pavilion near the fishing platform.
