Bond Architects recently completed a facility assessment of the existing 50-year-old building to create a master plan that will accommodate the library for the next 30 years and support much-needed renovations. This assessment, conducted by our team of architects and engineers, studied the site, building structure, accessibility, safety and security, building systems and interior spaces. Our team assisted the Library with community engagement and bond issue support for their April 2019 Prop L initiative to support several projects, including the assessment, master plan and renovations. Currently, our team is designing the subsequent renovations as outlined in the master plan.
