Bond Architects’ role for the new 86,000 square foot City of O’Fallon Justice Center included FF&E design services to provide general furniture layouts and initial furniture budgets, develop options for furniture selections that fit the client’s needs and budget, select finishes for all product selections and coordinate these selections with the selected dealership. As the local architect, Bond Architects also performed the job site observation during construction, as well as involvement in the project’s close out and punch lists. The new Justice Center includes a FEMA safe room, emergency operations center, shooting range and below-grade parking.
