LADUE SCHOOL DISTRICT - HORTON WATKINS HIGH SCHOOL
Bond Architects worked directly with Ladue Horton Watkins High School administration, teachers and students to coordinate wayfinding and brand identity into the overall project design. The corridor design solved wayfinding problems, through use of color and purposeful placement of color blocking patterns. The department quote graphics became integral to the overall building design. Teachers provided input on the selections for quotes and colors, allowing the end users to take ownership in the design of their building.
All graphics and signage throughout the entire building use consistent fonts and colors. Careful selection was made to coordinate design on all levels including architectural, interior, furniture and graphics. The end result is a building that is user friendly, easy to navigate and speaks to the school’s brand.
