We believe integrating interiors early in the architectural design process is key to a successful project. We understand interior finishes must be durable, easily cleanable and appropriate for designated usage, without looking institutional. We purposefully and carefully design interior spaces that speak to our client’s brand identity and find ways to marry durability, design and budget. Fully coordinated designs are key to make interior spaces look great and feel comfortable. Our design process always includes consideration for the entire building and its contents - putting people and their needs first.

We provide the following interior design services in-house:

  • Finish Selections

  • Life-Cycle Cost Analysis

  • Specifications & Drawings Production

  • Interior Renderings

Chandler Hill Winery

CH Full Size.jpg

Originally designed by renowned architect George W. Hellmuth in 1915, the residence features rich detailing and Ecclesiastical-inspired styling.  An indoor pool house addition from 1988, which compromised the backyard and natural daylighting, was removed to showcase an expanded outdoor courtyard, fountain and garage addition.  Historic details were preserved and highlighted within the house as the first floor remained manageable with all spaces used. The windows and French doors were replaced and updated to restore the flow of natural light into the living spaces and reclaim the fundamental design intent.
