Creve Coeur Government Center

Bond Architects worked with the City of Creve Coeur on a feasibility study for their Government Center. The existing building is a former school, with challenges converting a school footprint to an office layout. The hallways are wide and inefficient, and there is limited natural light throughout the space. Several different concepts were considered, including renovations at the current location to optimize spatial adjacencies, relocating the police station to a new facility on the existing site, and relocating the entire Government Center to a new building on the current site. Cost estimates were developed for all concepts. The study was a collaborative effort between all department directors.
