WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY IN ST. LOUIS, MO - OFFICE OF THE VICE PROVOST - DIVERSITY INITIATIVES
Washington University was seeking to create a distinctive and prestigious office environment in a high profile location for the new Vice Provost of Diversity Initiatives. The desire was to create a sophisticated yet comfortable setting for staff and guests.
The new space in Seigle Hall features a reception area, a large private office with seating, small private office, a workroom and conference room. The department will host receptions in the space. A gallery wall features Washington University student artwork celebrating diversity.
JET LINX ST. LOUIS
Jet Linx partnered with Bond Architects to design a multi-phased renovation and addition of the former Air National Guard hangar at Lambert St. Louis International Airport. The 8,000 SF private airline operation features a flight service desk, comfortable lounge seating and hospitality bar, as well as a conference room, pilot's lounge and private offices. Completed in 2014, the project enhanced the building's aesthetics and function and features interior design by Garison Salinas of Garrison Ltd.
The Maplewood Richmond Heights Central Office renovation includes updated finishes, HVAC systems and lighting. Many areas of the office were relocated allowing for better circulation throughout. Windows were added to the reception area and offices to allow more natural light.
