Cejka had outgrown their existing space and viewed relocating as an opportunity to update their corporate image. Cejka’s brand identity was enhanced to reflect a more sophisticated business model through the design of their new space. The project began with an evaluation of the current tenant space layout. Through a programming and space planning study, an ‘ideal’ layout was produced and used by their real estate team to identify potential new locations. Preferred options were evaluated for fit and layout. The selected space plan was then developed with construction and furniture bid documents.
