ST. LOUIS COUNTY LIBRARY BRIDGETON TRAILS BRANCH
Bond Architects was awarded the Phase 2B - Part 1 projects for the St. Louis County Library (SLCL) Master Plan. These projects included renovations and additions to three branch locations – Bridgeton Trails, Daniel Boone and Florissant Valley. The custom graphics and large red entryway designate the relocated Children’s Area at Bridgeton Trails. The restrooms were relocated to allow for better visibility of the meeting room, and all areas of the branch are visible from a service point, like the newly branded Teen Area. Two private study rooms were added to the branch, as well as a quiet reading room, a laptop bar, a business center with fax, copy and scanning machines, and a vending area. A revamped community meeting room with a projector, sound system and white board is available for use by individuals and organizations.
